KM pendulum copra are manufactured in accordance with GOST 10708-82 and are designed for testing metal samples with U and V-shaped concentrators for double-support shock bending (the Sharpie method) with a potential energy reserve of the pendulum from 150 to 800 J.
Vertical KV-type copers are designed to determine the impact strength of samples when testing materials with a falling load with a maximum potential energy reserve of up to 100 kJ in accordance with GOST 30456, API RP 5L3, EN 10274, ASTM E208, GB/T 6803, API5L3, ASTM E436, ASTM E604, etc.
The IKM-450-A pendulum coper is designed to measure the energy of destruction of samples of metals and alloys in accordance with the GOST 9454 methodology when conducting mechanical tests for double-support impact bending with a nominal potential energy value of 450 J. The ICM-A type coper is equipped with an automated test control system.
Additional equipment for copra:
- Machines for the manufacture of MIC concentrators, in mechanical and electrohydraulic design, are designed for the manufacture of U- and V-shaped concentrators using the Sharpie method. The die punch is made of high-strength cutting steel, which allows to produce up to 20,000 samples without replacement. Modern technologies applied in the design of the machine ensure high accuracy of sample production and durability of the machine.
- The Sharpie PSH-50 projector is designed for visual control of the accuracy of the concentrator on metal samples manufactured according to GOST 9454. The projector allows you to determine the type of hub and the correctness of its execution according to the template installed on the screen.
- The cooling chambers of KO and KKO are designed for cooling metal samples tested for impact bending by the Sharpie method.
