Temperature testing systems are designed to provide tensile testing of samples from various materials at elevated and lowered temperatures.
The STI system can be used in hydraulic, electromechanical or magnetic resonance machines, can be mounted or built into a test machine.
Thermomechanical testing machines are used to test polymer tension insulators or ceramic disc insulators.
The high-temperature PV furnace is designed for tensile testing of samples from various materials at elevated temperatures according to GOST 9651-84.
The PVV vacuum high temperature furnace is a vacuum chamber with an integrated muffle furnace. In the upper and lower parts of the chamber, rods are provided through which heat-resistant grips are attached to the test machine. In the right part of the chamber, a technological hole is provided for the installation of a high-temperature contact extensometer. The vacuum furnace is made of stainless steel and has a cooling circuit built into the housing. To cool the working fluid, a forced water cooling system is provided, consisting of a tubular oil-water heat exchanger, an industrial water cooler in a closed system (chiller), connecting pipelines.
